Tablelands Water Restrictions in place

Due to the extended dry season, and the current above average demand on our water treatment and reticulation systems, Level 1 water conservation measures are now in place across all of Tablelands Regional Council.

Restriction – Level 1

Areas Affected – All of Tablelands Regional Council

Days Permitted – Even street or rural address numbers are permitted to water on even days of the month.  Odd street or rural address numbers are permitted to water on odd days of the month.

Watering Times – Between 6.00am and 8.00am  And between 5.00pm and 7.00pm.  Watering with a hand-held hose is permitted at any time.  A hand-held hose is one that is held in the hand not more than one (1) metre from the nozzle or open end.

NOTE: Penalties can be issued for any breaches under the Water Supply (Safety & Reliability) Act 2008
